While seeking to become a better pastor, I discovered how powerful coaching can be.  I retired from full time pastoral ministry in order to dedicate myself to helping others unlock their potential. My passion is to help individuals and groups live into their God given vision.

The core concept of all leadership is influence.  We need leaders who influence themselves so they can have a healthy influence on  others. I have coaching tools which can support you in growing an authentic expression of your best self.  Think of how your best self can influence others.

I am professionally recognized as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.  I am an Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner .  I am a Certified Christian Leadership Coach.  I am a graduate of Coach Training For Leaders.  I am also recognized as a coach through the Indiana Conference of The United Methodist Church.
